Tandoor Wood Charcoal
Meant for use in tandoor ovens. This is also called root charcoal around the world and കട്ട കരി (Katta Kari) in Malayalam.
Al faham Wood Charcoal
As the name suggests, it meant for use when slow-cooking Arabian grilled chicken. It does not emit embers while burning.
Charcoal Briquit
Made from charcoal powder, these blocks are smoke-free when burned. They generate comparatively more heat and can remain active for long.
